Which browser works?

Chrome or any Chromium browser (Edge, Opera). WebUSB is not available in Safari or Firefox.

Does FRP removal erase my data?

Yes — removing FRP factory-resets the phone, so all user data is erased.

When am I charged?

Only on a successful token. A failed attempt is never charged.
